Welcome to OmniCast. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and readable.
1. Your account
OmniCast does not require an account. If you subscribe to OmniCast Pro, your subscription is handled by Apple via the App Store and is governed by Apple's standard terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use OmniCast to:
- Cast or share content you do not have the right to display.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.
- Use the app to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.
3. Subscriptions & trials
OmniCast Pro is a paid subscription with a free trial period. Trials and subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed by Apple per their standard refund policy. We're happy to help you request one. Just reach out.
5. Intellectual property
OmniCast, the OmniCast logo, and all related branding belong to us. The app and its source code are protected by copyright. You retain all rights to the content you cast.
6. Service availability
OmniCast is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the app stable and compatible with the latest devices and operating systems, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service or compatibility with every TV model.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniCast and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the home page before taking effect. Continued use of OmniCast after changes means you accept them.
